Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a serious issue and a great international threat. For that reason, the Danish government has initiated the establishment of ICARS – International Centre for Antimicrobial Resistance Solutions.

ICARS is a leading international One Health knowledge, intervention and implementation research partnership. ICARS complements existing stakeholders and initiatives – and focuses on transforming policy to practice by finding solutions and supporting the implementation of these solutions.
