PowerPoint tool that professionalises the corporate communication

By & Havn develops new areas in Copenhagen and operates the Port of Copenhagen. They have many different activities and many stakeholders for their communication. By & Havn communicates professionally in writing and visually, and the PowerPoint template is an important tool for their employees.

BGRAPHIC has developed and designed By & Havn’s PowerPoint template. The design is inspired by modules that can be combined in many ways. The use of their many visualizations and photos becomes an integrated part of the design. We have developed a color palette that can be used throughout the MS Office programmes e.g., so graphs from Excel get the right color and the right settings in the typography.

BGRAPHIC has also prepared inspiration slides as inspiration for the employees on how to do their presentations. The communication department will develop several new inspiration slides over time.

To support the employees, BGRAPHIC has also prepared a user guide that reviews the functions that are important in working with the presentations. The user guide will be updated as new needs and add ons will be developed.
