Efficient template solutions for fast publication and many graphs and tables

The Ministry of Finance often needs to create and publish publications very quickly – preferably from day to day. For that reason, we have designed a variety of Word and PowerPoint templates for e.g., AS5 publications, A4 publications, reports and PowerPoint presentations.

For the templates, we have developed an Excel tool, which makes all graphs and tables consistent design wise, thus making sure that alle kinds of graphs can easily be fitted into the ministry’s templates. The tool is used by all agencies within the ministry and also by other ministries – in that way graphs and tables can quickly be inserted into the publications, also right before a deadline or an important press conference.

The Excel tool and the templates meet the ministry’s requirements – and they are both user-friendly for employees to work in and professional in their design, so all publications follow the design guidelines presented in the ministry’s visual identity.
