Business Strategy 2021-2025
A sustainable connection, 100 years of durability, 100% safe and top service are keywords in the new strategy for The Øresundbro Konsortiet.
When the goals and visions are set high for a company, we work simultaneously with design and concept on how the new strategy can be presented to the board and employees. The development is made in close collaboration with management, the executive board and the management secretariat. It is exciting to be “on the inside of the engine” and help setting the agenda for a company’s development. It is natural to include the UN’s Global Goals when working with the strategy. They are also included in the strategy for The Øresundbro Konsortiet.
BGRAPHIC has developed a logo and a concept, which is based on the bridge’s design guide but at the same time renews the expression and the new key messages. As part of the overall assignment, we have developed the strategy reports in Danish and Swedish as well as intro folders for the employees in Danish and Swedish. The strategy was launched in Malmö over two days for the employees – obviously the bridge cannot close when you go to a seminar, so the employees were divided into two groups. BGRAPHIC has designed presentations in PowerPoint that unfold the strategy, we have delivered roll ups, merchandise etc.
