BGRAPHIC created designs for the government’s new action plan for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. The government is setting new goals for national efforts to create a more sustainable and equal society. For the first time, the plan includes concrete initiatives with a focus on the areas where Denmark has yet to reach the target.
Denmark has been a champion of the sustainable agenda long before the UN’s 193 member states joined forces to set the 17 Sustainable Development Goals in 2015. But even though Denmark is at the forefront when it comes to achieving the ambitious goals, we’re not there yet.
The new action plan has laid the groundwork for further work to ensure a sustainable future –socially, environmentally and economically. Several new initiatives are presented that set the framework for initiatives, e.g., regarding our efforts around climate change, our consumption and production.
Exciting reading and great to be part of setting the agenda for how Denmark will work with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
