New owner of BGRAPHIC

Dear clients and business partners.

We have a new owner.

The design and communication agency Phoenix Design Aid has acquired BGRAPHIC.

There will be no changes for you. We will continue the good cooperation – just as we usually do. We just want to share the good news with you.

It is the Danish design and communication agency Phoenix Design Aid that has acquired BGRAPHIC. The acquisition will be a great asset in strengthening the company’s activities and positioning in the Danish market with the combination of solid Danish and international experience and a sustainability focus, all in one agency.

Phoenix Design Aid and BGRAPHIC have worked together for several years, which is why we find it natural to combine our skills in new, visionary and innovative projects.

Our ambition is to further position ourselves on the Danish market, and here we see BGRAPHIC as the perfect partner, as we have many services in common. We know we will complement each other well. This is why we are now joining forces and combining our extensive international experience with BGRAPHIC’s solid experience from the Danish market.

Rapid change is an ongoing feature of our services areas. We are convinced that our future collaboration can develop our solutions on several levels. We embrace new technologies – for example, via AI and good digital solutions. The creative tasks must – as always – be delivered from the top shelf. We create unique solutions that are adapted to our customers’ special needs. We help optimize the company’s graphic communication and make it easy to communicate quickly and simply. We are at a fantastic starting point and feel incredibly well equipped for the future as we now combine our competencies and work together in the group.

BGRAPHIC’s managing director, Birgitte Vestergaard, and the other employees will continue in their current positions. Phoenix Design Aid has 34 employees located globally.
