We focus on creativity, innovation and client-oriented design. We provide solutions that strengthen our clients\u2019 brand identity through visual concepts, innovative strategic design and effective communication.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You love design, are an expert in branding and communication, and you can think and develop design, strategy and be a driver of our business at the same time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must ensure the company&#8217;s growth, profitability, renewal and creative excellence by leading and nurturing our team, developing relationships with new and existing clients and driving the agency&#8217;s strategic development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You think strategically, come from the design world, understand new media and thrive in a company with creative souls. Initially, you will receive support and collaborate with BGRAPHIC&#8217;s founder Birgitte Vestergaard, who will continue to be part of BGRAPHIC and Phoenix Design Aid. BGRAPHIC is currently 100% owned by Phoenix Design Aid and Dennis Lund\u00f8 Nielsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will step into a well-functioning company. BGRAPHIC can and must reach new heights together with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can expect many varied tasks, including the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advising new and existing clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying new business opportunities, services and client groups as well as maintaining and strengthening current ones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing and implementing strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning and follow-up to ensure the efficiency of tasks and project management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct and daily personnel management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We value and emphasize your good qualifications and solid experience. You have a systematic approach to your work and find it easy to organize both your own time and the resources you work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on relationships and client satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in leadership in a creative environment \u2013 preferably from advertising agencies, design agencies, marketing or the communications industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of business development, financial management and budgeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to lead and inspire a team and drive complex projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You work at a high level with MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud and probably have knowledge of several online services \u2013 for example, Figma, Mailchimp, WordPress, Webflow, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Languages<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Danish<\/strong>: You must be able to communicate fluently in Danish, both written and spoken, as we work closely with our Danish clients and colleagues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>English<\/strong>: Since we have international clients and partners, it is important that you master English at a high level. You must be able to conduct meetings and write reports in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Other languages<\/strong>: It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Swedish, German, French and Spanish, but it is not a requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strategic leadership and business development<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on relationships and client satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement long-term strategies for the agency&#8217;s growth and market positioning in collaboration with Phoenix Design Aid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Client- and market relations<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthen and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and act as a contact point for major clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand and meet client needs through close collaborations and creative solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership of creative and administrative employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivate and inspire creative employees to achieve high standards in design and client service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with BGRAPHIC&#8217;s team and ensure efficient resource planning and project management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trends and innovation<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be proactive in the latest design trends, new tools and client preferences to ensure that the agency remains competitive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement new creative methods and technologies to optimize work processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quality control and client satisfaction<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect and analyse client feedback to continuously improve services and the quality of client service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Financial management and performance optimization in collaboration with CFO from Phoenix Design Aid<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for budgets, profit goals and financial reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor key performance indicators, such as profitability, project costs and cash flow, to ensure the company&#8217;s financial stability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reporting and board collaboration<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report on the company&#8217;s performance, strategy and growth opportunities to the board or owners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare action plans, strategy reports and follow-up on goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Working hours and location<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a full-time position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will work from BGRAPHIC&#8217;s office in central Copenhagen at H.
